What is the turnaround time for online mixing?

The first mix is usually delivered within 5 to 7 days. If you are in a hurry, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Is rush delivery available?

Yes. We will do our best to accommodate rush requests. Please contact us first.

How many mix revisions are included?

There is no strict limit unless the requests are excessive. In most cases, the process is completed within about 2 to 5 rounds.

How do revision requests work?

Revision requests are usually handled by email or LINE. If you prefer to communicate by phone, please let us know.

Can I attend the final mix adjustment in person?

Yes. In-person final adjustments are available. Please note that separate studio charges will apply.
