Q. Do I pay on the day of use?
A. Payment is accepted on the day of use by cash, credit card, electronic money, or QR code payment. (For payments other than cash, a 3.5% handling fee will be charged.)

Q. Please tell me about the cancellation fee.
A. For reservation cancellations, the following cancellation fees apply. Same day / previous day: 100% 2 to 3 days before: 75% 4 to 5 days before: 50%

Q. I need to change the date due to illness. Is there a rescheduling fee?
A. For unavoidable rescheduling due to illness or similar circumstances, the rescheduling fee is 50% for the same day / previous day, and 25% for 2 to 3 days before.
