FAQ

When is payment due?
Payment is due on the day of your session. We accept cash, credit cards, e-money, and QR payments. A 3.5% handling fee applies to non-cash payments.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation fees are as follows:
Same-day or previous-day cancellations: 100%
Cancellations made 2 to 3 days in advance: 75%
Cancellations made 4 to 5 days in advance: 50%
Is there a rescheduling fee if I need to postpone due to illness?
If you need to reschedule due to illness or another unavoidable reason, the rescheduling fee is 50% for same-day or previous-day changes, and 25% for changes made 2 to 3 days in advance.
